A Note About Labrador Hill Farm

Labrador Hill Farm was established in 2000 as a permanent residence for small equines. 60 animals currently call it home, including goats, dogs, cats, and guinea pigs! Sarah Mognoni, farm manager, artist, and teacher, believes that animals deserve to have their relationships with each other preserved in the same way that humans preserve family ties. Just as her 25 year career in painting and design has been supported by her own family relationships, she has observed that animals function best when their herd and pack ties are maintained over a long period of time. Learning at Labrador Hill, for both animals and people, is about process, observation, and patience.
